Elle Jay Pawtraits Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Each voucher code is valid for a single use and must be used within one year of issue.

Purchases are logged to a unique voucher code to allow secure tracking and monitoring.

Voucher codes may be used as full or part-payment towards any portrait commission.

No deposit is required when using a gift certificate voucher code as payment.

Any optional extra services will be charged at full price.

Any remaining balance (where vouchers are used as partial payment) only must be cleared before portraits are shipped.

No refunds are available for unspent voucher balances.
